Found the perfect colour on something that is not a paint chart? It can usually be matched and mixed while you wait.
The colour you love is rarely on a paint chart. It might be an old tin with no label, a scrap of fabric, a favourite mug or a competitor's shade. A colour-matching and mixing service means you are not limited to what is pre-made on the shelf.
How it works
Colour is mixed to order by adding measured tints to a base paint. Bring in a reference and we can match it and mix your chosen finish to it at the counter, so you get the colour you want in the paint you want — matt, eggshell, whatever the job needs.
What to bring
- A physical sample if you can — an offcut, a lid, a piece of the actual item.
- A colour reference or code if you have one.
- A clear photo as a last resort, though a physical sample always matches more accurately.
A realistic expectation
Matching gets you very close, and for most jobs the result is indistinguishable. Bear in mind that the same colour reads slightly differently across finishes and under different light, so always try a tester on the actual wall before committing to the full amount.
Bring your sample in and we will match and mix it while you wait.
